Go 2 Crew – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Go 2 Crew, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Go 2 Crew provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Maintenance Cleans

  • Refresh Details

  • Full Details

  • Paint Correction

  • Ceramic Coatings

  • Commercial & Fleet Vehicle Services

Services may be performed at the customer's location or, by arrangement, at Go 2 Crew's premises.

3. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Quoted prices are based on the vehicle being in a condition reasonably expected for the selected service.

If a vehicle is found to be excessively dirty or contaminated, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy staining

  • Mould or mildew

  • Excessive sand or dirt

  • Bodily fluids

  • Excessive rubbish

  • Biohazards

  • Severe contamination

Go 2 Crew reserves the right to:

  • Adjust the quoted price to reflect the additional labour and materials required; or

  • Decline the service and leave the site.

Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.

4. Health & Safety

Go 2 Crew reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents a health or safety risk, including but not limited to:

  • Mould infestations

  • Bodily fluids

  • Needles

  • Hazardous substances

  • Pest infestations

  • Unsafe working environments

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the vehicle.

  • Provide access to a functioning water supply.

  • Provide access to a functioning power outlet.

  • Remove valuable personal items before the appointment.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept clear of the work area.

Go 2 Crew is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

6. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 8 hours before the scheduled booking time.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment may incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Weather Conditions

As Go 2 Crew operates primarily as a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.

Light rain may not prevent services from proceeding.

Go 2 Crew reserves the right to postpone or reschedule appointments where weather conditions would compromise safety or service quality.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 3 days of completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices may be issued electronically.

Failure to pay may result in debt recovery action and recovery of reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.

9. Results Disclaimer

While Go 2 Crew aims to achieve the highest possible standard, some defects may not be fully removable, including:

  • Permanent stains

  • Deep scratches

  • Paint chips

  • Water spot etching

  • Faded trim

  • Burn marks

  • Severe odours

  • Worn upholstery

  • Existing paint defects

No guarantee is provided that all imperfections will be completely removed.

10. Paint Correction Services

Paint correction results vary depending on:

  • Paint condition

  • Paint thickness

  • Vehicle age

  • Previous repairs

  • Existing damage

Improvement percentages provided are estimates only.

Go 2 Crew will always prioritise the long-term health of the vehicle's paintwork over aggressive defect removal.

11. Ceramic Coating Services

Ceramic coating performance depends on:

  • Ongoing maintenance

  • Storage conditions

  • Environmental exposure

  • Washing methods

Longevity estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Failure to properly maintain the coating may reduce its performance and lifespan.

12. Existing Damage

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may contain pre-existing:

  • Scratches

  • Swirl marks

  • Paint defects

  • Stone chips

  • Interior damage

  • Mechanical issues

Go 2 Crew is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered before, during, or after the service.

13. Luxury, Exotic & Modified Vehicles

Go 2 Crew may service luxury, exotic, classic, or modified vehicles.

Customers must disclose any non-standard modifications, sensitive surfaces, wraps, films, coatings, repaint work, or special care requirements before work begins.

14. Photography & Marketing

Go 2 Crew may take photographs or videos of vehicles before, during, and after services.

These images may be used for:

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Website content

  • Marketing material

Customers may request in writing prior to the service that their vehicle not be photographed or featured.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Go 2 Crew's liability shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

Go 2 Crew shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

16. Right to Refuse Service

Go 2 Crew reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where:

  • Conditions are unsafe.

  • Vehicle condition is substantially different from what was represented.

  • Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

  • Payment disputes exist from previous services.

17. Changes to Terms

Go 2 Crew may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the Go 2 Crew website.
